Celestia is an AI-powered moderation bot for Telegram groups, run from a full-featured WebApp dashboard rather than a string of chat commands. Its core job is keeping busy communities orderly: anti-spam and anti-flood controls, an entry captcha to screen out bots, blacklists, and configurable warnings that can escalate to muting or removal give admins a layered line of defense, while automatic deletion of Telegram’s service messages (joins, leaves, pins) keeps the conversation readable. Everything is toggled and fine-tuned from the dashboard, so a moderation setup can be built once and reused across the groups you run.

Its standout layer is the AI. Admins can issue plain-language instructions — “mute him for two hours” — and the bot interprets and carries them out, with no command syntax to memorize. That same assistant can search the web, generate images and video, and answer members’ questions from a knowledge base you provide, so it works as an in-chat helper as much as a moderator.
